By requesting a seat with Baseline Diamond Academy at Fredericksburg Field House, the submitting adult agrees that academy sessions involve physical activity, that the athlete will follow staff direction, and that Baseline Diamond Academy is not a substitute for a physician or a sanctioned travel club.
Measurement tools (including cage / HitTrax video) are covered by a separate consent flag on the signup form. Media / photo-video is a separate flag. Youth data retention is a separate flag. Agreeing here does not flip those other flags.
